2. No Refunds for Paid and Published Tools
Simplify AI Tools maintains a strict no-refund policy for tools that have been approved, paid for, and published on our platform.
Final Sale Terms:
Once a tool is published live on the Simplify AI Tools website, it is considered a final sale.
Any subsequent changes to the tool, including updates or modifications, do not affect its non-refundable status.
User Responsibility:
Users are responsible for ensuring that the tools submitted for publication meet their expectations. We strongly recommend reviewing all submission requirements and guidelines before proceeding with payment.
 
3. No Refunds for Sponsorship Packages
Sponsorship packages are designed to provide visibility and promotional benefits to users. Simplify AI Tools does not issue refunds for any sponsorship package, regardless of duration or type.
Non-Refundable Policy:
All sponsorship packages, including weekly, monthly, and custom campaigns, are final sales.
Refund requests for unused time or dissatisfaction with the promotional outcomes will not be entertained.
Obligation of Users:
Users must evaluate the terms and benefits of sponsorship packages thoroughly before making a purchase. Simplify AI Tools is not responsible for unmet user expectations once the sponsorship campaign has commenced.
