Rules & Submissions
Participation Rules
- Only original work is allowed; any plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
- No changes to team members are permitted after registration is completed.
- Respectful communication with fellow participants, mentors, and judges is mandatory at all times.
- Organizers' decisions regarding evaluations, selections, and prizes will be final and binding.
Project Submission Guidelines
Each team must submit:
- Project Title and Description — a short summary explaining your idea.
- Tool Link — if your project is deployed/live.
- GitHub Repository — containing the complete source code and documentation.
- Demo Video (2–3 Minutes) — briefly explaining the concept, working, and key features.
- User Benefit Write-up — a short note highlighting how your tool helps solve a real-world problem.
Incomplete, copied, or late submissions may lead to rejection.
Permitted Tools:
Use of AI and data tools like ChatGPT, Tableau, etc., is allowed
